Dit charmante hotel is ideaal voor gezinnen. Het bevindt zich in Alghero. Het hotel ligt op 200 meter van het stadscentrum waardoor alle bezienswaardigheden gemakkelijk te bereiken zijn. Het etablissement ligt op 1. 5 kilometer van het dichtstbijzijnde strand. Het hotel beschikt in totaal over 128 behaaglijke eenheden. Catalunya werd volledig gerenoveerd in 2016. Wie in deze accommodatie verblijft, kan bereikbaar blijven dankzij de wifi-verbinding. Bezoekers zullen zeer op prijs stellen dat de receptie 24 uur per dag geopend is. Er zijn geen kinderbedjes beschikbaar in dit hotel. Er is 3 slaapkamer met toegang voor gehandicapten. Er is parkeerruimte. Catalunya past milieuduurzame beleidslijnen toe. Een luchthaventransferdienst is beschikbaar voor het comfort van de gasten. Catalunya beschikt over zakelijke voorzieningen, ideaal voor zakenreizigers. Good quality hotel. Clean. Well kept. Close to Old Town and New Town. Ample street parking and a public car park. Hotel does not have it's own parking. Sardinia is quiet. Lots of restaurants and tourist things not yet open.

Poor quality hotel

This is a characterless, concrete block with very few facilities for guests. The bedrooms are quite dated and lack even basic toiletries. There is a minimal seating area in the hotel lobby and the only outdoor area is a semi-derelict concrete space with eight assorted chairs. The dining room is open to guests only for breakfast and the food offered is sparse and monotonous. The only bar in the hotel, the Sky Bar, must be booked in advance. This was often impossible to do as private functions for outsiders seem to take precedence. Staying here totally ruined our holiday in Sardinia.

Nice hotel perfectly situated for a stay in Alghero!

You can't miss this hotel - it towers over the other buildings in Alghero! The reception area is spacious and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are good with plenty of room and storage space and excellent lighting. There are also tea and coffee making facilities but it is on a little tray and in my room, there was no socket near the tray to plug the kettle in! The beds are comfortable but again the lighting at the bedside is poor. (I think that the light fittings have been fixed upside down as the light is directed up to the ceiling!) The bathroom was good with a shower over the bath however, there was no non-slip shower mat provided but a request to reception and one was provided very quickly! The air con had been switched off but the windows opened and the view was very good over the town. The restaurant was on the first floor where breakfast was taken. There was hot and cold food but the choices were limited. Also, the staff were slow at replenishing the dishes which meant that people were waiting some time to finish their meals. There was also a rooftop bar but it was necessary to book a table if you wanted to go there especially around sunset times! The standard of cleanliness throughout the hotel was excellent. If you want to stay in Alghero, this hotel would be perfect as it is close to the old town, a pleasant park is just across the road and shops and banks are very close.
