We booked this trip as a city break…this is falsely advertised as having a bar, good breakfast and close to Milan central……it’s miles away, breakfast was a few hot dog sausages and streaky bacon with smelly eggs. There is no bar as it has closed down and the hotel is in the middle of no where like it’s abandoned, the only thing nearby is the shopping mall open 9-9 after these times you cannot get a drink and have to wait until the morning if you arrive late. We have also been bitten by bed bugs both myself and partner are covered in hives and rashes and bite marks of which we have been assessed by our local gp to confirm this is the case. The people of Italy are rude and it’s not somewhere we will ever be returning to again. The only good thing was meeting a Scottish couple who helped us with directions and where to get the local bus etc and were lovely. Room was filthy with snapped rotten screws coming out of the bath and the tV wasn’t working If you have the mis fortune of staying here…turn around immediately and go home

Missold and disappointed

Just returned from Milan(after dreaming about going here for over 20 years) I booked this hotel because it was attached to a mall, as I mainly wanted shopping for Xmas etc; we we had to get a cab to hotel, as ther tickets for our bus had not arrived which was disappointing as it was 70€ got to hotel we were to early for check in, but they took our cases and we jumped down stairs to the mall(which was quite a good mall) having got back and checked in we entered a clean room, two bed squeezed together which ended up with us having sore backs because we ended up in the middle and the bones on the matters either got me or my partner. Fridge cupboard door was hanging off but all in clean and a good shower. We picked this hotel also off the back of amminities close by or at the hotel states it has bars restaurant snacks and breakfast. We couldn’t even get a bit of ice. No snacks no bar no restaurant. There is nothing at all at this hotel just a room and a breakfast(which was absolutly revolting, raw scrambled egg chopped up hotdog sausage and not very cold milk or juices, but good pastries and fruit not huge choice) you can get a bus from the mall to 8 stops and then get underground 13 stops to get to Milan centre, but once back and mall is closed you have nothing to eat or drink. Boring and feel very missold and feel they have a check to charge 8€ a night for local tax! Far to far out the way dispute it mentions on most sites “just outside” (30-40€ in a cab back and fourth) dispute the man on reception Being lovely is not enough for me to stay here again. I spoke to many guest and we all felt the same. Misssold and disappointing is what sums up my Experian e.

Appreciate their flexibility

Just wanted to thank this hotel. We had a non refundable booking to go to F1 in 2020. It was cancelled in 2020 (covid) then again in 2021 as places were limited. Each time the hotel agreed to carry forward our booking which they were not obliged to. It was much appreciated.
