Impolite staff, fee of card testing 100euro and no return

DO NOT CHOSE THIS HOTEL. IMPOLITE STAFF.I ordered this hotel last year through booking but changed my plan so I couldn’t go. The hotel took 100euro for testing my card. I canceled my deal very early but half year later I still didn’t get my money back. I wrote email offer the records and called the hotel. The hotel just denied and said they returned the money without give me any evidence, hang me up directly when I was still talking. Just fool the guest around. Very very impolite employees.

Don’t waste your time/money

This hotel appears nice in photos and has the physical appearance of a nice hotel but there are MANY underlying aspects that left us very unsatisfied with our stay. PROS It is very close to a Metro station (5 minute walk). This is honestly the best thing about this hotel. Maids did a great job cleaning our room. CONS When we first arrived, our room smelled absolutely awful from a previous occupant cooking food. It was not a pleasant smell. It never went away during the time we stayed. The hair dryer in our room malfunctioned and would NOT shut off. Had to call someone up and they told us not to use it. That’s pretty hard when we come from out of the country and did not bring this kind of product with us. The bed is AWFUL, it felt like we were sleeping on a concrete slab. When you are out all day walking endless amounts, a nice comfortable bed is what you want to come back to. I saw the shower in the picture before arriving but beware if you do not have good balance, it is so high up you may feel as though you are going to slip very easily. Getting extra towels was like pulling teeth, they did not want to accommodate. We like to get extra because we usually don’t have our room cleaned so we like to have them already on hand for our convenience. If this hotel simply had better beds, it would have made our stay MUCH better.

Worst place I ever stayed

This place is a complete mess, there is no management at night or service. After 4 months of reservations one of our rooms was delivered with a broken air conditioning. Since we arrive at 11 pm , they are forcing us to stay on a oven until tomorrow so we can get our money reimbursed. They charged our cards, and delivered a room knowing it was unable to be occupied. Please stay away from this place, receptionist was rude and threatened us to call the police when we tried to get someone to fix our problem.
