The hotel is as described. Super comfortable rooms with all amenities. It’s right on the beach and the view from all rooms is just fabulous! We selected the All Inclusive during our stay and the food each and every single day was simply delicious. My boyfriend and I had the best time here and we can’t wait to return!

Don't expect Much.

So where to begin. Wifi There is no free WiFi except in the lobby areas, which also doesnt work from time to time. And if you get an Egyptian sim you will still not get a signal everywhere in the hotel. They do have an option to buy WiFi which is 20euros for 7days unlimited WiFi around the hotel only. Which is not worth it in my opinion. The Rooms: The room doors tend to randomly open by themselves, so we felt unsafe at night especially. The shower had no door so there was a puddle everything we showered. Also the water doesn't drain in the shower, next person had to wait over 40mins to have a shower. The shower water pressure was quite weak and hardly any hot water. We called reception to fix the door and the light bulb by there was no answer. After several long attempts we were advised someone would come up and help us out. No one did. There were random bugs in our room everytime we would come back to our room especially mosquitos even though we never opened the balcony. So please bring some bug repellent. If you stay on the 1st floor you will constantly get a worker asking about your return flight and closer to that date he will continuously ask for pounds/euros in exchange for egyptian pounds. (Basically wanting a tip). The Beach/Pool: So you are given 2 towel cards in exchange for towels you can use around the beach and pools. The towels are all so disgusting. They were ripped, covered in black dirt and some had blood stains. The beach be aware it's private yes, and mostly quite which is nice. But the beach is not sandy it has a lot of stones/coral all the way. So you can not swim at all. Although a hint - if you walk to the hotel next door you maybe able to use their beach as it was much sandy. They have 1 pool which is pretty deep. It is 160cm deep you will have to tip-toe or be a confident Swimmer because around the pool it says no life guards. All inclusive Hotel: We paid for an all inclusive hotel but it was far from that. There are annoying staff that keep approaching you for sales- they are selling spa packages and drink! Yes drink! It's an all inclusive hotel but you have to pay 2euros for each drink like mocktails/cocktails and fresh fruit juices. And they would prefer you pay in euros than their own currency which is ridiculous. These staff will constantly come to you every 30min -1hour which gets annoying when you want to relax. Food: Do not believe the websites please. The food is repetitive same vegetables, dry chicken, hollow pastries, same flavourless pasta. I mean for a day or 2 it's worth eating but after that it's gets too repetitive. Everyday it was mostly the same things just sautéed/presented different. They say they have different resutants but there was actually only one which come within the all inclusive. The Reception: The one good thing I can say is the reception staff. They helped with a lot when it comes to recommendations- especially for money exchange they told us best r places to get good rates even though they do money exchange. They seem to be honest people. They also helped print out boarding passes for our flight. However note for a late check out it is 20euros and a checkout after 6pm it would be 40euros. Security: The security are also very good. We booked alot of excursions they would double check and write down the number plate of our collection cars to check we are with the right people. Which made us feel safe. Although once we had drunk people playing games in the lobby and banging on people's doors at 2am and even though we complained the security helped once and this carried on since 5am. Not only this hotel but most of egypt would prefer you to pay in euros (eventhough I only had British pounds) than their own currency so they can make more when they exchange it. Also note you would save money by paying in euros if you offer them their own currency they charge extra.

The staff were amazing - could not do enough for us! Special thanks to Hana - amazing at massages! Majed Majed and George - the Fish Doctors! The head chef (Saleh, i think) and all the bar staff, reception staff and housekeepers who were fab at ironing! Trip to the Marina too highly recommended!
