The hotel is located 5 minutes' walk from the beach on Safaga Road in Hurghada, Al Bahr al Ahmar (Red Sea) and the frontier governorates, and approximately 8 km from the airport in Hurghada.Overlooking a dancing fountain, gardens and 3 swimming pools, this hotel on the Red Sea coast has a family atmosphere and features a water park. The hotel consists of 400 guest rooms in 3 round buildings, each with 2 floors. The hotel is surrounded by souvenir shops and has a cable car facility, a health club and entertainment activities. Facilities on offer to guests include a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out services, a hotel safe, currency exchange facilities, a hairdressing salon and kids' club. The café, bar, disco and restaurant provide dining and entertainment, whilst guests may additionally take advantage of the room and laundry services. Those arriving by car may leave their vehicle in the car park.Each guest room features amenities such as individually regulated air conditioning, satellite/cable TV, a hairdryer and a minibar. no guests as they leave on arrival runs out of food runs out of drinks for days on end housekeeping doesnt bother one of 2 pools out of action nothing available nothing works disgrace of a hotel close it down and stop taking peoples money

I want to share my experience in golden 5 club. Before i get to the hotel i start reading reviews of earlier clients whom have been there and honestly i was in shock from the negative feedback left by them!!!! Once there.... I was really surprised!!!! It was completely opposite from what i was expecting. Very nice complexe , staff very nice and at your service any time Rooms are big and comfortable , clean. The pool also was very nice At restaurant a large variety of very delicious food. Nice beach, sympathetic and energetic animation team. Really an all inclusive!! Thanks a lot golden 5 club

Unsafe hotel

We as a family arrived to the hotel at evening time with a 4 year old. The hotel was in aware off our booking and payment,they had no idea at all how to great or handle us in a good Manor. Still on not being able to find a email from us or able to find our booking that I may had was booked months in advance. Daughter showing them her confirmation,emails, payment,etc still nothing. In the end they gave us a room to whom we hav no idea if the name. Got to room well all I can say is how the hell your still open. All beds had a piece of wood on to keep matrass in place. Dirty stains on them too, bathroom was all dirty with bath pannel hanging off. Marble tables was so loose it only needed a new to fall off. Toilet had poo on and on walls by bath. Walking round the complex bricks and debris was every where. Not safe for a 4 year old. We was hungry and tired by this time. Asked to move they refused. Asked to have more ney back after 2 hours of my daughter crying baby was very irritated. All of a sudden could not speak English,was rude and just stood there. In the end we paid out of my daughters and partners bank for new hotal which to say was no better and we all got ill for four days.
