Decor needed upgrading, staff were rude and unhelpful. Air con in bedrooms left disgusting smell. Spa was closed. Pool area too small as was bar area which was shared with restaurant. I hope with the refurb thus has changed

A lovely hotel in a perfect position in Puerto Mogan. It was our first visit to this village and hotel, We absolutely loved it, everything was perfect . The rooms were spacious, the meals excellent with a huge choice. Everywhere was spotless, the staff went out of their way to be helpful.The pool was lovely, rooftop bar a bonus. We would not hesitate to recommend it to our friends and how it doesn’t rate as no 1 in the resort I can’t say. We aim to come back when we can.

Fantastic position on the quayside,with imaginative room decor, and good views of the marina or the bay, depending which side your room is on. Terrific food and wonderful pool, with a great poolside bar and a stairway giving the option of going straight into the sea for a swim if that's your thing.
