Our tour group spent one night here. I would have given this hotel a higher score except for two things— one the room was extremely warm. The a/c hadn’t been turned on for the season yet. There was a small window high up in one wall but it could only be opened about 12 inches. The other thing was the bed. It was super soft and squeaked. Not a good nights sleep at all. The room did have a small couch, a small fridge and a tea kettle with coffee fixings which was nice. First room since traveling in Europe to have this. Breakfast was fine. Location is good for walking into the town. There is an ibis hotel across the lot so I think these are the most popular for groups.

Novotel Centrum Brugge was a very welcoming hotel. the rooms were very clean and they provided us with water and coffee and so many other amenities. The hotel was conveniently located at the heart of the Brugge city with walking distance of many attractions and the railway station

Good value, good location.

Firstly the location is very convenient on the edge of the city centre about a ten minute walk from the famous Brugge Belfry square. There is a canal boat station just a 5 minute walk up the road. The rooms were clean and comfortable if a little dated. The bathroom especially could do with an update but that said everything worked fine. The bed was superb. We were on the top floor and it was very quiet both from inside and out. The staff were all very pleasant and friendly especially the barman and house keeping. Breakfast was very good but it was also very expensive at €22. If you are driving there is an underground car park right next door @ €15 four 24 hours. There were always spaces during our stay except Saturday afternoon when we returned to a full car park. Don’t even bother trying to park on the second floor down unless you have a Smart Car or an Aygo. The spaces down there are ridiculously small. If you do manage to squeeze into a space you won’t be able to get out of the car. Spaces on the first floor are far bigger. If you arrive by train it’s about 15 minute walk from the station although the cobbled streets take it out of your role along baggage. I thought the hotel offered good value for money in what can be an expensive city. I would recommend it and would stay again when in Brugge.
