Dit vakantiecomplex bevindt zich in het noordwesten van het Balearische eiland Menorca, tussen de bezienswaardige stad Ciutadella en de baai van het strand van Cala'n Forcat. Diverse bars en restaurants vindt u op 300 m afstand van het complex. Naar de dichtstbijzijnde zandbaai, waar u heerlijk kunt zwemmen, is het ongeveer 150 meter lopen.Dit appartementencomplex heeft 6 gebouwen met in totaal 192 appartementen. Naast een receptie is er voor de gasten op het terrein een gezellige snackbar. Verder hebben de gasten op verzoek de beschikking over een wasservice.De vriendelijke en smaakvol ingerichte appartementen beschikken elk over een betegelde badkamer/wc, een gecombineerde woon-/slaapkamer en een extra slaapkamer. De modern ingerichte kitchenette heeft een koelkast. Bovendien heeft elke wooneenheid een ruim balkon of terras. De eindschoonmaak wordt door het servicepersoneel gedaan.Het goed onderhouden tuincomplex biedt de gasten een swimmingpool met afzonderlijk kinderbad en een groot zonneterras met ligstoelen en parasols. Sportliefhebbers hebben de beschikking over een volleybal- en voetbalveld. De gasten wordt bovendien ter afwisseling en amusement seizoensgebonden een animatieprogramma aangeboden.In de snackbar worden overdag kleine versnaperingen en gerechten aangeboden.

Good family holiday but hot and sweaty stay

We booked a 2 bedroom apartment for our family holiday which had 2 bedrooms and a good amount of space. The rooms are basic with hob, kettle and microwave and a small balcony. As other reviewers have stated there is no Aircon which was an issue given the heat of 30c plus but windows open helped with a breeze. We did know there was no air con prior to arrival though.... fans could be hired at €2.50 per day which I think they could have not charged !, we did not opt for the fans due to cost. We had 4 changes of towels and bedding and toilet rolls were provided. So that was good. Water pressure very strong for showers. There were a lot of young french/Italian/Spanish groups staying but although the pool could be crowded on occasion we found the evenings/ pool relatively quiet. No issues there. The pool is lovely, shallow areas for smaller children and deep places for jumping in. Not too cold and a welcome relief to the high temperatures. Plenty of beds and shade under the umbrellas or olive trees. Shop is good on site, lovely bread and chilled water and drinks. A larger supermarket is 5 mins walk away. Onsite bar serves good food, reasonably priced with shade, pool table etc Although no entertainment which worked for us but something in the evening would have been good on occasion rather than walking into Los Delphine's. Even some music being played would have given a different vibe. Staff nice and friendly. It's very pretty all lit up at night too. The beach is small but has a great beach bar, lots of shade under the trees. All in all a very chilled holiday , very basic if you don't mind non 5** , good value for that reason, Air Con would have made it a 5/5 for our basic requirements !!

Worst place ever

Right back to 1970/80 NO A/C I repeat no A/C if you think you can live without it you can’t. Car after hour drive with A/C on registered 47 degrees . Even the Spanish were putting mattresses on the balcony to sleep. Pathetic ceiling fan in bedrooms just moved hot air round offered no relief not even that in lounge area Fans for hire but Spanish get priority. Never got one when we asked non available then an hour later a Spanish couple walked past with one. That happened three times Not knocking the Spanish guests they were friendly just the hotel even die hard sunbathers were under the trees in the shade. No one could get away from the heat so under the trees and prey for a breeze or stand in the pool then lie in the shade. No cleaning, tea towel was changed once that’s it. The staff are very rude and abrupt. Get up early if you want a place on the beach it’s heaving by 10 am and that goes for all. We drove to one but the police were stopping people going at 10 am !! The island does not have the infrastructure for the amount of tourists there. Too many apartments for the size of the island. Forget even keeping up with basic uk news tv so small can’t see it and no English channels anyway. Not a deal breaker just another nail in the coffin. Never going back even with A/C so bad we spent the rest of our spending money on early flights home

Lovely and peaceful but very basis

The complex is nice and was very quiet while we were there. The apartment was very basic and could do with some tlc. The lady in reception was pleasant and efficient. The onsite shop, although small, had a decent selection of produce and really nice bread, although no fruit or veg. The hotel is away from the main shops and restaurants, about a 10 to 15 minute walk. There was lots to see in the general area, with various small coves and swimming areas, it was even possible to walk to or from Cuitadella. For the price we paid it was a lovely holiday, may stay again if the price is right.
