Dit op een heuvel gelegen middenklassehotel bevindt zich op slechts enkele meters (ca. 150 m) afstand van het fijne, langzaam aflopende zandstrand en de strandpromenade met de restaurants, bars en winkels. Ook het centrum van Santa Ponsa bereikt u binnen enkele minuten lopen (op ca. 250 m afstand). Een halte van het openbaar vervoer bevindt zich op ongeveer 130 m afstand.Het in 2000 gerenoveerde, vriendelijke hotel ligt in een ca. 1000 vierkante meter grote tuin en telt 5 verdiepingen met in totaal 113 kamers. Bovendien is er een bar, een van airconditioning voorzien niet-rokerrestaurant en een openbare internettoegang (tegen betaling). De wasservice maakt het aanbod compleet.De aantrekkelijk ingerichte kamers zijn voorzien van airconditioning en hebben een badkamer/wc, haardroger, huurkluis, telefoon, internettoegang en een balkon.In het buitengedeelte van het hotel is er een swimmingpool, een kinderbad, een zonneterras met ligstoelen en parasols en een poolbar. Fantastic hotel! Spotlessly clean. Rooms were beautiful. Had the most gorgeous toiletries in them too. Balcony was huge. Breakfast was amazing. Pool was fabulous and clean. Emma at the pool bar was amazing and made the best cocktails we felt very well looked after!! Can’t wait to go back. xxxx

Too many large groups of football players and party goers. such a shame as my previous visit was excellent. Cannot fault the staff, customr service, cleanliness, facilites, pools etc. ~I understand that you need to make money but I wasn;t aware that you acceoted such large griup bokings. Had I known I would not have taken the chance and booked elsewhere

Free Room Upgrade to Pool View

We booked a 3 night stay in early May. On arrival, we were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded free of charge to a premium room on the highest floor with a balcony overlooking 2 pools and we could just about see the sea too! The room was clean, bright and spacious. The bathroom and shower were also a good size, but unfortunately the refillable hand soap, shower gel and shampoo were empty on arrival. We asked for refills at reception and the staff member promptly made a note, but we never got the refills. We ended up buying our own from the shop next door. Our room included breakfast and dinner, but we only tried breakfast once on the last morning as we prefer to eat out locally. The breakfast room was initially impressive with lots of variety including cereals, fruits, cheese, pancakes, pastries, bread and a cooked station. There was also self serve bean to cup coffee machines. Unfortunately, the bits we tried were all a bit bland and underwhelming so I’m glad we decided to eat out every day. We booked a massage at reception which we were really looking forward to. We booked for 2 people but on arrival at the spa, only I was able to have the massage as one one staff member was available. It was very disappointing as we were both looking forward to it. The massage itself was excellent and very soothing. The environment was a bit noisy though and it felt quite rushed. We booked for 50 minutes for €55 but it was only 35 minutes start to finish including getting dressed time. Also, I didn’t appreciate the lack of privacy. I was given a pair of paper underwear which made me feel very exposed. Generally a very nice hotel, but there was a few little niggles which let it down. The indoor spa, pool and sauna were very nice and we used them every day.
