Dit cityhotel ligt in het stadscentrum van San Antonio en op ca. 500 m van het strand. In de nabije omgeving van het hotel zijn er talrijke winkelzones met talrijke mogelijkheden om te winkelen, evenals restaurants, bars en discotheken, waar u heerlijk uit kunt gaan. Het omliggende landschap kunt u goed verkennen met het openbaar vervoer (dichtstbijzijnde halte op ca. 1 km afstand).Het hotel heeft qua architectuur een charmante stijl en werd in het jaar 2000 gerenoveerd. De kamers zijn verdeeld over in totaal 7 verdiepingen. Voor de inwendige mens biedt het hotel zijn gasten een eigen restaurant, waar u lekker kunt eten. Verder kunt u zich in de hotelbar met kleine versnaperingen heerlijk ontspannen na een vakantiedag vol belevenissen.Alle kamers zijn praktisch ingericht en hebben een gedegen, zakelijke ambiance. Bijna alle kamers hebben een balkon of terras. Ze zijn verder voorzien van een badkamer/wc en een eigen telefoon. De huurkluis in de kamer kunt u gebruiken om uw waardevolle bezittingen veilig te bewaren.In het goed onderhouden buitengedeelte bevinden zich een swimmingpool, omgeven door een zonneterras, waar u na een lange vakantiedag vol belevenissen heerlijk kunt ontspannen

Arrival had to pay 50 euro deposit in cash not card Tourism tax Breakfast limited was only scrambled egg which was bouncy not nice bacon too crispy Every morning for breakfast they put a fortnight shooting game on the TV in the breakfast room Two black women were racially profiled by the breakfast staff and we're confronted by the staff aggressively Can only smoke outside of the hotel or if in room only on bolcony Rooms advertised online are not as seen.

I stayed here for 5 nights with a friend in room 217. Food was great, pool area was great, room was very dated. Safe was broken, no fridge either. Most of the staff were lovely and polite, the British lady on reception was rude and completely ruined my stay at hotel brisa and most definitely won’t be returning. On day 2 of our stay at hotel brisa I told the cleaner not to clean my room TWICE, I also put the red handle cover over the handle which states not to clean our room. We had stayed out all night, we had NO SAFE in our room and didn’t feel comfortable with a cleaner accessing our room whilst we were out and not able to put our belongings in a safe place we were in a rush going out hence telling the cleaner not to clean our room and putting the handle cover over the door which states not to clean our room We came back, the cleaner had still cleaned our room. I understand the cleaner was doing her job, however I was a little upset that a simple request like this had been ignored, we had no safe, all our money was in our cases and on the sides etc. & recently there has been a lot of stealing from hotel rooms in Ibiza (please note we had no belongings stolen). I spoke to the British lady on reception and let her know that I wasn’t complaining / making a complaint I was just a little upset that after telling the cleaner on two occasions and putting the red handle cover over the handle not to clean my room that she still did so. The receptionist replied “well if you don’t want clean towels all week that’s down to you (whilst smirking). I then said I only didn’t want our room cleaned for 1 day, not the whole week, and that surely my request should’ve been respected and listened to. I added that we left money lying around and don’t feel comfortable that she still accessed the room. The receptionist stated that the cleaner had worked there for 40 years and wouldn’t steal….. If a customer comes to you with a concern, you should be polite and understanding not defensive and rude. Especially when I was being polite and just letting you know a concern.

Had the best stay at this hotel! We was shocked at how lovely the reception area was. The rooms are basic and there’s no fridge but there is a safe and good air con and a hairdryer in the room. There was a table and chairs on the balcony however it would be better if there was a light on the balcony. There is also free wifi throughout the whole hotel. If you need cold drinks there’s a bar downstairs and a vending machine so you can get cold drinks any time. The reception staff were lovely. We left the room key at reception every time we went out so we didn’t have to worry about losing it. The pool was good size and there was inflatables for everyone to use and we didn’t have any trouble getting a sunbed. The hotel is a short walk from anywhere you need to go and about a 10 minute walk to the bus station which you can get busses to all the events (Pacha, amnesia ect). The airport transfer busses can’t fit down the street where the hotel is so there was a short walk from where the bus dropped us off, however we were given a map that was easy to follow. You’re not allowed anyone back to your room that isn’t staying at the hotel, they are really strict about this. Will definitely be staying here again when we return to Ibiza!
