No matter what your needs, when it comes to accommodating your wedding guests, we can find the hotel that’s right for you. We can check availability and make sure that any of your guests’ special requirements are met when in resort. Our fantastic range of wedding destinations means that we have hotels that are perfect for small, intimate wedding celebrations as well as much larger parties and we can tailor the whole experience to suit your needs, your style and your budget.
You might only want a handful of people to celebrate your wedding with you, but then again, you might have a large guest list full of family and friends who you want to share your special day with. It’s best if you can get all your guests to book the same holiday dates as you, just to make sure that nobody misses out on the ceremony itself if the specific wedding date can’t be confirmed until you are in resort. Plus, the more of you that travel together, the more eligible you may be to receive a complimentary wedding package or a group booking discount. Once you have a guest list, our Thomas Cook Weddings Team can advise on your best hotel options and also check availability and help everybody book. Just remember that guests not staying at your hotel may need to pay for a guest pass to visit your hotel. And of course, if you don’t want to take any guests with you, we can arrange witnesses for you as well.
Just because you’re travelling to a different country to say your vows doesn’t mean that the younger people in your life can’t be there to share the occasion with you. We have a great range of hotels offering weddings that also cater for little guests too. Some of the hotels have larger or interconnecting rooms and many have family facilities such as kids’ clubs, activities and children’s swimming pools. It’s worth bearing in mind though, that if you are booking an adult-only hotel but have guests with children staying at a different hotel, the children may not be allowed in to your hotel, even with a guest pass.

SENTIDO Holiday Plus Programme
You’ll want to make the most of what spare time you have whilst abroad for your wedding, whether it’s the final few days leading up to your ceremony or the honeymoon afterwards. At our SENTIDO hotels, the Holiday Plus Programme has something for everybody – from fun-filled fitness to much-needed relaxation. The programmes give you the chance to enjoy a number of different activities such as joining in with Body & Mind for SENTIDO Daybreak (a combination of Tai Chi, yoga and pilates) or SENTIDO Aqua Fit; play together with Family & Kids and sign up to the SENTIDO Treasure Hunt; explore the area on a Culture & People SENTIDO Discovery Walk or a Cooking Session with a chef; or chill out in the SENTIDO Blue Bar.
For the ultimate in relaxation, these hotels are for adults only and all guests have to be over the age of 16. The whole experience has been designed with you in mind, right down to the little things, for example, having free tea and coffee in your room to make you feel at home. In these hotels, the Holiday Plus Programme includes additional grown-up activities such as wine tasting.
All Inclusive resorts
Choosing an all inclusive resort is a great way to take some of the stress away from your wedding arrangements, ensuring that everything is taken care of in the lead up to your wedding and also on the big day itself. It’s also a great way to help you to manage your budget for your holiday. Many of our all inclusive hotels will arrange a special table for you and your wedding party to enjoy a lovely meal and drinks to mark the occasion. Just bear in mind that if you have wedding guests visiting the hotel who are staying at a different hotel, they may be required to pay for a guest pass.
