Great Hotel...book early!

To be honest, I found myself surprised that I was able to get such a good price per night for this hotel, given its high reputation. The staff was very attentive and friendly, and the rooms were very clean and well kept. I would definitely recommend that the rooms get a microwave inside them, but I almost understand why they don't, as it helps keep the rooms cleaner. Also, the location is close enough to downtown to where you can just simply go out and eat too. I definitely hope to get this hotel again.

Like many older and discounted hotels, the service is somewhat streamlined. However their processes are very good and I was able to check in and out very easily. The room was very clean. The furniture was not too old. The bed was comfortable. Linens were also very nice. I slept comfortable. Overall, I would rate this as a value priced luxury hotel. It isn't the latest greatest, or the boutiquiest. But it was very nice for the money, and the amenities were not disappointing.

The Knickerbocker is a really cute vintage hotel. It’s the perfect combination of modern with all the old world charm. I booked a hotel room for my boyfriend and I as a Christmas present for us and to celebrate my birthday and New Year’s. When we got there there wasn’t a room until April upgraded us to a suite! She was so nice and helpful. She really made our stay special. The room was so nice. We had a lovely time. I highly recommend this hotel. The staff is very helpful and the building is beautiful.
