Uncomfortable and smelly

Room smelled mole mildew beds were very uncomfortable you could feel the springs in the mattress one of our rooms had water leaking from the ceiling so we had to move rooms I do not recommend this hotel good location near Universal but that is all

Clean, friendly, big box hotel near Universal

Friendly front desk and cleaning staff. Clean rooms. Quiet. Newer unit. Good typical free breakfast including milk, juice, coffee, tea, yogurt, cereal, oatmeal, muffins, eggs, sausage, white/whole wheat bread, oranges, bananas, 2 waffle makers, butter, syrup and jelly. Breakfast seems poorly organized in the space, creating 30 min wait times for waffles. But lots of space to eat outside on the nice pool patio. Maybe adding danishes or bagel/cream cheese would cut down on the waffle demand. I was impressed from reviews that the rooms were clean. But uff the outside hallways were awful! Dirty and stained. Really in dire need of a pressure wash. Almost made me turn around and leave. Glad I didn’t. Shower was fine, despite low entry and shorter curtain—nothing compared to European showers—remainder of bath dry w an extra bath mat on the floor.

Disappointing . . . but the workers were great!-

Bad coffee, no lamp over desk, bed appeared unkempt upon walking in the door. Shower had decent pressure, food was average. I expect more when I book with a Best Western, even though it is an affiliate. Dirty common areas, the balcony that was advertised was a common walkway with a railing. However the front desk attendees were very pleasant as were the breakfast and bar employees. And the bed springs were about to pop.
