The hotel is located about 2 km east of the Disney entrance in the Old Town entertainment complex. The area offers a variety of restaurants, shopping, and a wide range of entertainment options including go-karts, children's amusement area, sky-coaster, and race car simulators. There are many golf courses nearby. The very cosy Key West-style gated resort offers a great lakeside setting in the heart of Kissimmee. The air-conditioned establishment has 40 guest rooms, children's playground and Internet access. The luxurious condos have, a spacious living area and shower in the en-suite bathroom, and a patio or balcony. In-room entertainment is provided through a flat-screen TV and radio. Guests are sure to love the heated lakeside pool with hot tub and children's swimming area. More active visitors can enjoy a game of volleyball or mini golf. Pets are not permitted and strictly enforced with the exception of working Service Animals. Certified Emotional Support and Therapy Animals are not allowed.

Booked a 5 night stay. The staff at this hotel ruined our experience. They ignore problems and refuse to do what is right. The hotel staff claims they can do nothing about problems without the approval of a manager who never seems to be around. They will not answer emails and will not respond to contact by the booking company on my behalf. This is the way poorly run, lowbrow, properties act...not a quality resort. I do not plan to ever book here again when I am travelling to the area.

This team and building was on point, lovely and clean room great room, a/c works amazing and super friendly staff. I was so pleased I booked a second week but sadly at the RESORT side and let me tell y’all. DONT NOT RENT RESORT SIDE.
