The check-in went smoothly, and meet our request for staying on the first floor. Location is great, close to activities, restaurants. The response for any items missing or for replenishment was efficient.

Great Resort

First time here and it was a great resort. Clean villas and grounds. Very good service. Every staff member that we interacted with was pleasant and helpful. Jeanee checked us in and was quick to see that we knew all about the resort and the area. I ran into Ramon who attended to the pool area each morning. He did a great job. Pool area had lots of fun things for kids and a nice big hot tub. The location is among lots of restaurants and shopping. Sickeys Restaurant (great food and great prices on specials) and Circle K convenience store are right next door. We weren't interested in Disney but the entrance is maybe 5 minutes away. Only negative was the $110.00 resort fee. Kind of a sleazy way to jack up the price. It's a per unit price so a couple pays the same $ as a family of 5. We have stayed at many RVC properties in the past and this is one of the best.

Great location, friendly staff. Rooms are very spacious and being updated from some pictures I found posted online. Pools were heated so we were able to use even with the colder weather. It was a great stay and I look forward to booking again soon.
