Dangerous and way over-rated

First-- there is no way near sufficient parking at this hotel! Parking is so bad the front desk management is rudely telling guests to park in fire hydrant zones and other fire zones (Dangerous, and probably illegal). Parking in the rear is poorly ighted and the rear gates to enter are padlocked!!! One has to walk a long way through a not lighted area of a sketchy location. Security guard (if one could call him that) simply sat in the lobby browsing the internet every time we saw him. Also, for a MARRIOTT there were NO safes in the rooms-- and this is a hotel that advertises as a place to stay for those going to the Hard Rock Casino!!! Further, we asked for an hour late checkout after a late casino night and were told that our "Marriott" level did not allow that. Yet we are highly rated Marriott members for many many years. Just plain bad,,,,

We are Marriott Bonvoy Platinum members and have never stayed in a Marriott property quite like this one. We booked a room to spend the day we got off our cruise ship and had a late evening flight. Good thing because there’s no way I would have slept there. The entire property was filthy, and had an air of neglect. The worst part of all was the obvious human trafficking that was going on. The people involved were obviously comfortable there and well known to hotel staff. It was horrifying, and I’ve never been so happy to get on a hotel shuttle and get to the airport.

Great location , very nice room , good space for family Check in was very easy and quick , Iszzy and front desk team were very helpful and welcoming , they know how to treat kids I would recommend for families
