Flat pillows and mattress was very hard

Unable to sleep due to flat pillows and hard mattress. Hotel located in good area close to main attractions. However, the quality of the bed and pillows ruined my trip. Also, I had to wait 20 minutes in line, in order to get into my lift. Guest weee cutting in line and no staff were there to monitor the line and help reduce wait time

Great location and amazing views

Good clean hotel, although the staff looked limited, the location was the best - very convenient and easy to get to from the airport. I arrived late (around 1am), but there was a gentleman who helped check me in. The room had great views and was clean. The only ding I had was that for the cost, I expected the hotel to be staffed better, to offer help when they see folks looking for direction without asking. There was that something missing, but cannot put your finger on it - and I think that was it - service that stands out. Everything else in this hotel shines.

I'm not sure why we weren't expecting much but everything blew us away. The size of the gym and variety of equipment was perfect, I didn't have to miss my workouts. The food at the Grand Club continental breakfast and dinners were delicious. When you think "continental breakfast" you might just think of pastries but they had so many options for all food preferences. My husband is allergic to almonds and cows milk, and I can't have red meat, and their food was more than accommodating for both of our preferences. Plus their espresso machine could make ANY drink and every time it was 10/10. The location is PERFECT for walking distance to the Convention Center and Seaport Village. I truly can't wait to book another stay
