This elegant hotel is excellently located in the historic area of Sirkeci, Istanbul's old city centre. It blends modern features with early twentieth century style, creating an air of relaxed indulgence. The most important historical sights such as Topkapi Palace or Hagia Sophia are just a short stroll away. The hotel features totally 52 rooms consisting of 23 double, 18 twin, 8 triple, 1 quadruple and 2 family suite type rooms. All of the rooms are complete with all bathroom supplies, slippers, towels and traditional soft cotton robes that you would love to wrap yourself into after a refreshing shower. LCD TV with international coverage and mini fridge are also available in every room. To adjust to the needs of our business/leisure guests the whole hotel is equiped with fast wireless internet, there is a computer room with a printer at the lobby area for your comfort. If in need you are welcome to use the fax machine as well.

After a hmmm start a good end

We had a good stay there. The location in the center of Istanbul is great. Most points of interest in walking distance. The room was sympathic and clean. Not very big but convenient. The staff very friendly and helpful. The breakfast rich. A special thank you for the staff in the spa. We enjoyed our massage, very professional in a good ambiance. Thank you for that. The only thing we was a little bit unhappy. The first night we had to move in another hotel. A sister hotel of Orient Express. The room we had was not the same ambiance as the room we booked. The reason for this change we couldn't realy believe. But for the two other nights we stayed in Orient Express and so at least comes everything well. We can imagine to go back in this hotel if ever we come back to Istanbul.

Clean and comfort

We have just returned from a four night stay at this hotel, it’s clean and comfortable although rooms are very small and there is a lack of storage space for clothes, we were at the front of the hotel which was particularly noisy due to the trams outside. Staff were very helpful, all in all a good stay.

Think twice before choosing this hotel

For last many years I used to stay in this hotel and had very pleasant stay. Now there is a new management and the quality & service of hotel is dropped to rock bottom. It was Worst Breakfast in my life Bottem line is this hotel is not value of money and never again I will be staying in this hotel
