Turunc – Weather
Turunc enjoys a warm climate all year round, so you’re close to guaranteed clear skies and lots of sunshine whenever you travel. The holiday resort is located in Turkey’s Marmaris District and enjoys cooling winds from the west that help moderate humidity levels and keep skies clear for most of the year.
Summer weather in Turunc lasts from May to October, with scorching highs of 33°C. UV levels are very high at this time of year, so make sure to wear sun cream and stay hydrated throughout your time in Turunc. You won’t have to worry much about the rain in summer with just 15mm of rainfall per month. Even the winter is warm and sunny with mild temperatures in the mid-teens between December and February.
The best time to visit if you want to explore the sites is in early spring and late autumn. The weather is still warm with temperatures staying in the mid-20s, but it’s not an uncomfortable heat and humidity levels are relatively low. Spring is quite dry and ideal for hiking through the mountains and exploring the region’s rugged landscape. Turunc weather in autumn is similar, but there’s more rain and November is the wettest month with up to 130mm of rainfall.
