Shocking!!

Got to this hotel on the 4th October at 4 am .I went straight to sleep .woke up on the 5th my fist day being there .got a shower the was no bath matts or shower slip mats I fell in the bathroom really bad slice my foot open I wrap it with a towel to stop the bleeding witch I was charge for the towel shocking ..I ended up In the hospital having all my foot stitched and on antibiotics and paracetamol ..the food also in the hotel wasn’t good at all especially the chips .. I was there for 10 nites and did my injury the fist day jue to the hotel flooring..!!!

We where a party of 13 and another 2 came a few days later, when we booked this hotel we dooked disable rooms for so many of the party I for one is not able to climb lots of stairs, so we arrived at 2 am they came out to help with the cases, So we all had a drink and relax for a while next thing we were taken into the office to give our passports and collect the room card then the owner started with all the extra costs to start it was £50 for air con £30 for a safe £25 for stand up fan, when we were showed up to our room it was a attic room with a lot of stairs to climb which I strugled with and other members of the party did as well, when we went down to see the owner he said it would be £7 per day to up grade so that was going to be £70 and a few days later we asked for another card for the room and that was another £9 and most of the time it did not work, as for the drinks the first few days Micheal who works their kept on saying pay it later and most of the time the bills for the drink was wrong being over charged it was that bad that we had to start writing it down what we had, their was one night myself and a friend order 2 gins and lemonade we could not taste the gin in the drink so told Micheal and he was not happy with us then he came over my shoulder with a small glass of gin and put it in my drink and then asked me to taste it but I still could not taste the gin so asked him to take them back and do not charge us for them. When the party was just ready to leave Micheal said to the party if I dont get a tip we will not help us with our cases so got a lot of the party back up at this, We would not rercomment these apartments.

What can I say this hotel is excellent. It is a family run place and everyone could not do enough for you. The prices are really reasonable and the food is excellent. A place to revisit. Lovely pool area Micheal who works there will do anything to help you, a really lovely person.
