We booked through on the beach and loved the look of this hotel. The room was very spacious and modern. Unfortunately at the end of the week it rained heavily and one corner of the room leaked and kept me up in the night. I know downstairs was much worse. Staff were friendly and couldn't do enough for you. I felt like the hotel was a bit out of the way for everything and wasn't in walking distance to anywhere. Side was about 15 mins in a taxi. Beds were a bit hard in the room and it was noisy until about 11 (think it was the hotel next door). We did ask our travel agent if we could move rooms which he said he would sort but, nothing came of it. Food was okay. Nice hotel but I wouldn't come again- would go somewhere nearer to other restaurants etc.

Simply the worst hotel i have been. Pics are not actuall, hotel is very small, very close to another 2 hotes but u cant see this on the photos , i mean Very close (like 2-3meters) you will get a room wih view on the hotel that is 3 m from you. Stuff beside reception know 0 english. Drinks very poor , they dont have internacional alkohols...food is below average ,almost everyday same food. You will get all inclusive ,but on the breakfast if you want fresh juice you have to pay for it. hard to find table during dinner. Rooms were fine, clean but beds very hard.

Have done many all inclusive holidays. This was amongst the best. Our room number was 5557. Great views of the surroundings. Pic attached. On arrival, everything was very clean and the hotel is very large in it's main areas, with high ceilings and imposing chandeliers and lights. Our room was very clean, and modern. We had a family room so the children had their own bedroom and shower room. Both bedrooms had independent air conditioning. Children's room had no windows, but we found this helped them to sleep very well. Very rarely have to wake the kids, but did so here. The balcony was large enough for us all to sit on in an evening and early morning! On arrival our fridge was stocked with water, cokes and fantas. The fridge is restocked every day but with water only! Rooms are cleaned every day at your request - there is a light that you leave on which indicates if wanting a clean or to be left alone. Food was good every night. Each night has same staples but there is plenty of new things each night also. Fish night, BBQ most nights but change what's BBQd, fajitas, breads, soups, pizzas. We have a very fussy young lady at home, and we managed to please her most nights too. Snacks are cooked fresh throughout the day - burgers, nuggets, chips and some nice thick pancake looking treats that you can cover in honey or syrup! Plenty of sunbeds around pools, no 6am risers throwing all their towels out. Pool and slides are very clean and much fun was had. Gym is basic, but who does a full blown workout on holiday? Enough there for a basic workout. Couldn't escape Lilly who was amember of the entertainment staff, made me do water polo nearly every day. Didn't even swallow the fake sleep sunbathing! Staff were all very friendly and helpful, especially with the children. Mustapha or "Mike" was particularly good at making sure the children enjoyed their evening meals. The beach is around a 10 minute walk away from the hotel. The volleyball and football pitches as well as a small park, can be found here too. The facilities at the beach are very good. Food in the day is very good at the beach too. There is also a fruit and icream bar that you can pay extra to use. There is parasailing, jetskis, and speed boating at the beach for extra charges. There are a few hotels using the same beach, but didn't feel too crowded, and was very clean. Evening entertainment was down at the beach, so we only did this a couple of nights, hut the entertainment was varued and there was plenty of room for everyone. There are a few things that we didn't like. We booked with on the beach and paid for a private transfer to hotel from Antalya airport. Advertised as a one hour transfer. We landed had bags and left airport at 10:30pm after all delays etc. With two young children we were eager to get to our hotel. After 30 mins driving, our transfer pulled into a small tourist shop for a "toilet break". Same happened when collected at 6:30am for our return transfer! During the daytime, the language uses in songs by the pool is disgusting! This was a family hotel, the first two days i mentioned to staff they just skipped the song, two songs later, more swearing. If someone from the hotel reads this review, this should be addressed in your family setting. The spa facilities are not very well ventilated. The gentleman who takes bookings was very polite, knowledgeable and not at all pushy, but - the whole place smells damp and moldy. I had an hours full body massage, which was lovely. But when face down in the towels, the smelt really musty! Not the pure white towels and clean new looking facility that is advertised. During the daytime, alcoholic drinks can only be found in the upstairs lounge bar, not the pool bar. There was a member of staff that would consistently wash his hands - great, dry his hands - great, use drying towel to wipe his face and neck - ok, and then use the same cloth to wipe down the spill trays in the drinks machines and dry the cocktails shakers before throwing the towel - what!? . I did not use this bar in the day time! The downstairs shop by the canteen is a joke! Snorkel set for one child £20 one day, take the next child the day after and they want £30 for the same thing. Charged €13 for a box of paracetamol and small packet ladies sanitary items. Felt as though their aim was to get as much money from you as possible! Their are no shops within walking distance. So if planning on any sprees, you will need to use the local bus service.
