Worse hotel ever

The guy at the reception was rude and he used bad words and disrespect my mother. They charge u for wifiamd it doesn't work food is bad , beds are uncomfortable the staffs are rude . The only good thing about this hotel was the DJ pouria and Diana the entertainment team . That's it

Excellent Hotel

We’ve been here for 1 week and have had a great experience with the workers, food, room and everything. You have a lot of options during breakfast/lunch/dinner and good food. The toilets are clean and so is the rest of the hotel. The all inclusive is very good as well up until late at night. They have different bars where they serve both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks as well as soft drinks and juice for the kids following up with ice cream and snack bar. They have a show every night that is fun for the whole family as well as mini club for the small ones. The workers are nice with a good attitude and really helpful. Two pools with a small aqua park and kid pool

We arrived here a family of four on the 30/08/2022 for 2 weeks mum dad and two boys three years old and one year old Upon arrival we were greeted by a young man who helped us with our bags who spoke English which was good after a long journey There was soup and bread available we arrived very late in the night When we got to our room we realised we were one bed short or a cot should I say I spoke to the staff and they arranged it a cot was delivered to our room shortly after We had the all-inclusive package drinks at the bar for included food was included the drinks are what you would expect nothing from around the world but all the local produce but more than enough choice to choose from you would have to be extremely fussy to not find a drink that you like Breakfast is a simple Turkish breakfast eggs sausages bread chips ect There is also always watermelon I am a big watermelon fan so this made me very happy Lunch and dinner were often quite similar but always different dishes if that makes sense there was always chicken fish beef and sometimes lamb The meat and fish were all is of good quality I have worked as a chef for three years previously there was some dishes that were extremely very tasty and satisfying but most of the food was underseasoned sometimes the chicken would have a bit too much salt but having worked as a chef before I understand how a small seasoning budget can get in the way of very tasty I would likely rate the food product itself 4 stars but The work put into flavouring the food is not enough so the majority of it is three stars but there are two or three dishes I can’t remember the names of them now that were extremely quality and extremely tasty and definitely 5 star Unfortunately a lot of things are fried not too good on the digestive system but There is also an immense selection of salads As for the desert you will be spoilt for choice Activities they have gymnastics/yoga in the mornings at 10:30 I did one session and felt very good the next morning apart from the aches They also have a gym there this is not clearly advertised they also have two swimming pools with slides they also have tennis courts The beach is a 10 minute walk away There are bus stops two minutes walk that can take you to Manavgat and side for anyone looking for bargains I would suggest Monday bazaar and Thursday bazaar There are other activities organised by the hotel and the activities team the children do dancing adults can play bingo and other things like that There are a few shops close by within 10 minutes walk or so The only unpleasant experience I had here were provided by staff members it wasn’t common I think some of the staff are under trained one of the table waiters approached my table he didn’t speak any English and he was clearly telling me off for the mess that was on my table A typical mess by anyone eating I found this very embarrassing there were three staff members standing close by it appeared he was trying to mock me one of the staff members (someone who was sweeping up) found it extremely funny the other two staff members looked extremely shocked this interaction lasted about three minutes the entire time he was talking to me in Turkish I didn’t say a word I just looked at him and he was pointing out mess on the table I was completely shocked and caught by surprise completely not the treatment you expect when you pay A lot of money to stay somewhere. I did not speak to anyone about this as I did not want to create a fuss or come across like an ungrateful person although I did take a picture of this individual and will be posting it here Here in England we have updated training for staff every three months on how to interact with customers, anyone who falls below the standard have to do Update training more often The second and pleasant experience I had was one of the chefs decided they wanted to stare at me very unpleasantly for The entire period of my lunch sitting I looked behind me to check if you was looking at something behind me and turned back and he was still staring at me I’ve put my thumbs up at him he was still staring at me very weird not sure what got into him but the next day he tried greeting me as if everything was okay when everything wasn’t okay i’m not sure what kind of games he was playing but this was not okay for me when I’m on holiday trying to enjoy time with my family Both these experiences made going for breakfast lunch and dinner very unpleasant as these individuals were always there I have pictures of both of them I’m open management will have a chat with them and maybe offer them training The majority of the staff at my world maintain a high level of professionalism but unfortunately no matter where you go in the world there are always one or two bad eggs It’s very easy to spot the senior management they look rather stressed, But always have time to help or answer any questions you have one of the senior management even rushed eating his food and gave up his table for the comfort of our family so that we could eat unfortunately the professionalism does not trickle down to all of the lower ranks Apart from these issues all in all the holiday Was a good holiday and I enjoyed my stay in maya world
