Myself and my partner arrived at this hotel on the 15th of June 2022. Upon arrival, we waited 45 minutes in the reception whilst the reception staff repeatedly asked to show them a ‘voucher’, to which we told them multiple times we have booked via TUI and can show them the confirmation email. The hotel staff DO NOT SPEAK ENGLISH. After un packing and settling into our hotel room, we realised that the plug was having issues working to charge our telephones, so again, we called reception to see if they could assist us in some way. We were told they do not understand. In a 5* star hotel. Despite this, we had paid for an all inclusive break, so went down to the restraunt to eat. The food is horrific, I insisted on only eating from the hot food counter as I believed it would be more fresh, the food was stone cold. They had cooked spaghetti pasta that you could put your own sauce with, both the pasta and sauce was cold and unedible. We paid for all inclusive and spent everyday after this eating out away from the hotel. We have called to ask if the wifi is down, as it is completely terrible, you get 30 minutes of WIFI and then it will suddenly disconnect and not come back on for 30 minutes or sometimes longer, after calling regarding the wifi, I was told ‘try in the morning’. We only have one English channel on the whole guide of the television and that is BBC news. The rest of the channels are in Turkish. We have been completely unable to watch TV for 5 nights. We are now on Monday night, the 20th of June. We have just called room service to order a snack before we go to sleep. On the menu states ‘soup of the day’ my partner calls to ask what flavour soup it is today. After being on the phone for 5 minutes, constantly trying to word a way around asking which soup it is, we were told they do not understand and will call us back. We’ve had no call. This is absloutely appalling, I refuse to believe this hotel is 5 star and the level of English is none. This was supposed to be a luxury holiday for myself and my partner but this hotel has completely affected our trip. I would never stay in this hotel again and cannot believe this is on as a 5* resort. After speaking with other couples earlier on today from different 5* resorts they all cannot believe that our hotel staff do not speak English whatsoever and we only have one English channel, terrible food, terrible wifi. The hotel is clean, but that is the only positive from this whole hotel. I would not stay here if it was free. Awful!

During my stay in this hotel, I accidently left my watch and two rings on the table in front of tv. I know it’s my fault, i should put it in safe, but I was in a hurry with kids. We went to the beach, around 10am, came back around 7pm and when we came back, one ring was missing. I am convinced that I left the ring on the table beacuse I always put on an take off those three things together - watch and two rings. We reported it to staff and manager and they took the date from door cards to see who has been entering in our room while we were on the beach. It was the person who cleaned the room and the person who is charged for mini bar. They wrote the statements and that is everything that the hotel management did, they refered us to the police for further investigation, but since we didn’t have time we didn’t go to the police station. Also they told us that There were none cameras in the hall in front of the room, Which is a little bit strange. Of course, we searched the entire room three times, we even moved the furniture and took out all the things from suitcases but the ring is nowhere to be found. I wouldn’t recomend to anyone this hotel because I didin’t feel safe and I think that it’s unaccetable for the hotel like this to have a situation like this. It was really stressful situation for me, not only because of the ring value but because was is my engagement ring and it was precious to me.

Worst vacation of the past 15 years

Cleanliness: The first room we received had a very strong smell of pee, sweat and dirty feet, we asked for sheets replacements but it did not helped because the carpet, the pillows, the blankets and the mattress were the ones smelling. We managed to change the room after 2 days but the second room was similar, the only difference being that it had a strong Arabic perfume scent which partially covered the bad ones but it was not pleasant to stay inside it either (we had to request the replacement of the pillows and we avoided to use the blankets in the second room too). The sink and bathtub were dirty and also the furniture was old, partially broken and dirty. The chandelier had some missing pieces, the elevator and the hallway were dirty. The room door was working but it looked really bad (deteriorated). The ceiling of the hallway had a hole in it and there was air conditioning only inside the lobby (the other hallways were really hot). Staff and services: Some of the shower gel, shampoo and hair conditioner were missing (in the first room we had shampoo but no shower gel and in the second one we had no shampoo but we had shower gel) and after we finished them after 1-2 days (the quantity received was 1-2 very small bottles, something like for 3-4 usages or one day) they have never been replaced and we had to use the ones brought from home. The toilet coil protection container was always empty (I don’t use it but maybe other people do). The minibar refill was not made until we reported the issue (we were mostly interested in the water bottle). When we arrived around 22:00 (if I am not mistaken) there was no place to get a snack until a few hours later. The first beer was in a small coffee paper cup, it had 10% beer and 90% foam and it also went outside the cup before receiving it (the cup was full of beer on the outside when I received it). The lobby bathroom had no hand soap (all ~5 soap containers were empty and one was missing/broken), I only used this bathroom once after the checkout so I don’t know if it was a general issue or a one time occurrence. The doctor services were good (used them once for my wife). The restaurants where you need reservation were always closed. There was no place to get water except the beach bar which was closed half of the time or the other 2 bars where you had to stay in queue for a small bottle of water. At the reception we always had to wait an eternity even if there were no other persons there (the staff was always doing things on the computer and never prioritized the guests, we waited like 20 minutes for the check-in and we had only a couple/2 persons in front of us) Food: The food was somehow limited, with very long waiting queues (waited 15 minutes in queue to get some meat and gave up). The vegetables and fruits were very few and old (the first time I saw bananas was in the last day). The distance to the food in half of the cases was too big (between me and the food there was a small table with a glass and after that it was a person who will give you what you ask and only after that person it was the food so it was hard for me to see what I was choosing, especially for spices and other small things). Tourists: There were many people with their feet on the tables in the lobby and it was the first time I saw people bringing their own music at the pool bar and increasing the level to cover the music from the bar. I also saw people in swim suit inside the main restaurant even if that was prohibited. Beach: The beach had a muddy sand with old static water with foam.
