We stayed 4 nights at the hotel ..we had a very nice room with pool view big bathroom big sitting room with TV and fridge and clima ..also big bedroom with TV and clima ..everyday it was cleaned very well and changing towels and all needed stuff ...very calm place no noise no troubles ..just two minutes walk to the beach side of ladies beach ...reception staff very nice and helpfull and the lady who clean was very kind and smiling always ... Recommend this hotel for couples who need calm and joy. Thank you

Checked in after end of dinner time, due to flights so had to go out to eat, nothing saved even tho we were half board. Breakfast was edible but only drinks free were water, squash, Turkish tea. Had to pay over the top for anything else Dinner was about the same, edible. Seemed to be lots of refried foods , leftovers from breakfast or lunch. Only free drink was water.apartfrom mealtimes, had to buy even water. Room was serviceable, bathroom tired, needs a good makeover, taps all had bad limescale on them, floor grouting was black.and walls heading the same way. Pool area was ok. On arrival you are given the wi-fi information, which is your room number and passport number. Once you have checked out of your room WiFi access is removed they don't tell you this and when I asked didn't care at all. Would not return and would not recommend this hotel

I only stayed one night this summer as I had friends staying here too. I stayed 4 weeks last year and was looking forward to seeing if there was any changes. Reception staff where very friendly and helpful. Thats a change! Bar staff too had changed and were efficient the short time I was there. The room was clean as was the pool area. Breakfast was included in the price and was Turkish style with cereal, fruit and juice too. I had a snack at lunch time and it was tasty and reasonably priced as where the drinks and cocktails. Half price before 5pm. I was dismayed to see yet again the lift was out of action .. many many times over the last 2 years this happened and is the main reason I wont book a stay here. They really need to sort this out!
