The worst hotel I stayed in my life! This is definitely NOT a 5 star hotel. What they advertise is NOT what it is!! No swimming pool working, Hôtel extremely dirty! Rooms extremely dirty! Extremely old… staff are so arrogant and not customer focused.. argue constantly about their facilities not working.. didn’t offer compensation or upgrade or to make time as guest welcome and comfortable.. cancelled after 1 night and moved out! Never book this hotel! It’s old, dirty and NOT guest orientated or friendly

Pleasant stay

I stayed at this hotel last October while in a business trip to Izmir. The stay was pleasant, although I didn't spend too much time tin the hotel. The staff was nice and helpful and the room was clean, spacious and comfortable. There is one thing I have to point out though: it was very annoying that we had to refresh the card key at the desk every single day, because they worked only for 24h.... I wonder why...

Beautiful view of the shimmering water from our room. The beds were super comfortable, the service was excellent, and the breakfasts were a feast of freshness & tastiness. I heartily recommend this hotel & all the beauty the area has to offer.
