Amazing entertainment team

May 2022 | Joannagg1

We visited the hotel 10th May for 7 nights. Hotel is lovely, very clean and staff are great. What made our holiday so amazing has to be the entertainers. Minnie, Aynur, Tony and mario were especially good. My daughter had the best 7 days down to them. She is now very sad to be leaving so we will bookin again

Nathan - London England What a fantastic hotel and holiday!, me my partner and our 4 year old daughter had an amazing holiday here, the hotel is beautiful the rooms are immaculate (the mini bar daily refill is a massive plus!) the pools, slides and kids swimming area are brilliant the staff are so kind happy and friendly and the animation team are unbelievable, my daughter absolutely adored the girls in the team. They work so hard all day and all night making it fun for everyone, from day 1 they knew my daughters name and made an effort to call her and say hello and get her involved in every activity, she loved the mini disco in the evenings and she had so much fun the animation team were amazing they deserve a lot of credit. Special shout out to Tony aka ‘Tarzan’ what a wonderful guy he is so full of energy and is friendly and happy and just wants to make everyone smile! Alex the photographer at the hotel is fantastic make sure you check him out he will take amazing photos of you and your family and for a very good price too they also send you an email of the photos so you have them incase you damage the prints! The food here was perfect, everyday there was something new but was always of the highest quality, children can always be a bit fussy with food but my daughter ate breakfast, lunch and dinner here with no problems, the snack bar at lunch is great with chicken kebabs, pizza, Chelsey flat breads, burgers, chips, spag bowl and lovely salads and of course endless ice cream. I have never once re visited a hotel after a holiday just purely because I like to go to new places but we would 100% come back here, I never even usually bother to leave a review but I feel this place really deserves the good feedback! we had a fantastic holiday and was very sad to leave, cannot rate this place enough definitely 5star! Thank you for an amazing holiday.

Family holiday, hotel, going out, food and shopping

Visited hotel 3rd May - 10th May as a family with 7 month old baby, after booking holiday with jet2 emailed hotel and requested a crib at time of booking and received an email back to say one will be set up in our room for arrival. Arrived at hotel at 2pm checked in with a lovely reception who gave us all the information and direction around hotel and info pack. We had paid to upgrade from ‘economy room’ which read upgraded from ‘economy Room’ which was stated as land view to ‘standard room’ which was stated as not land view but happy to enter our room to find we had been given a junior suite.. this was a land view which faced a field of solar panels but we didn’t even use the balcony so this didn’t matter we were just very grateful of the extra space within the room with a baby. I had worried about travelling with such a young child but cannot recommend this hotel enough for families our baby was given no end of attention from everyone within the hotel, housekeeping, restaurant, bar staff. Food in the hotel was as you would expect with an all inclusive hotel, breakfast was all kinds of eggs, meats, cereal, fresh pancakes which was what we loved with chocolate sauce or fresh honey served from the Combe. Lunch and dinner where reparative but still enough choice that if don’t go for everything all in one night you can mix it up each night. We dined at the Al a carte restaurants, local cuisine - lovely bar deserts, not through fault of the restaurant it’s down to personal taste we didn’t like the 2 we ordered ( pumpkin and rice pudding) so we were brought the 3rd (stuffed figs) which we also didn’t like and felt awful but they understood that English so not have the same taste palette as we were very apologetic. fish restaurants we stunning. Same waiters served each night as the options are ok rotation as we were very surprised and happy they remembered out drinks order and we never had to ask for another drink they we continuity brought. We left the hotel for shopping and food on several nights; Shopping: kusadasi town is busy and a fight for your custom as you would expect if you’ve visited turkey previously, be prepared to be hassled if you go Ladies beach: we wanted to watch football and have a nice meal, the Irish pub ‘somewhere else’ was the best place we found amazing food and drinks we went 2 times during our 1 week stay and both times we had a bill under 2000 lira for 4 starters, 4 mains, 18+ drinks for a group of 4, staff amazing and so accommodating of our babies. Food in town: Casablanca, if you leave your hotel for any reason it has to be to go here. The owner is the friendliest person you will meet, he can also help with any shopping you need, I bought the best quality bag I found from his friends shop. His family are Turkish/Australian so speak amazing English but the restaurant serves every cuisine and our babies were centre of attention which they loved. Weather was lovely but cold on a night so a jacket was needed and pools were to cold to use unless you are brave. We used the heated indoor/out door pool of the spa which the babies loved. The beach was stunning, it was like someone had poured glitter in the sand, sea lovely and clean, free kayak but we didn’t use any other paid water sports but enquired into the boat tour which was 1 hour for 6 persons 150euro Overall we loved this hotel and fell in love with kusadasi, we will definitely return again
