Good place to stay, helpful staff, but parking is a hassle

This is a solid place to stay not too far from the bay in Izmir. The staff was super helpful & met all needs though many have very limited English. Breakfast was great, with an impressive view. Parking was challenging. At a brisk pace the parking was an 8 minute walk away. But then when you want to come back to the hotel to pick up your luggage it’s another 12 minute long drive due to one way streets. Then getting out of town took a very long time due to unexplained road closures.

Worst hotel ever in Turkey. I didn´t like the attitude of the reseption staff. They spoke with no respect to the guest. They charge me extra for some reason and did not agree in any case to return my money back. I paid for bigger room but got small. Anyway my agency is working on this problem and it will make them return my money. When you arrive to the hotel you feel you are in the Midl East, everywhere arab speaking guests, even in the elevators walls were full of pictures and ads in arabic?! Not in turkish... The restaurant was small and food finished very fast. I recommend you to not go to this hotel. For this prise you will find much better place to stay in the centre of Konak, Izmir.

I do not recommend this hotel to anyone!.They are not honest at all.Just tried to cheat you for anything The hotel took much more money than we were supposed to pay. The did not agree to negotiated about anything. The hotel staff in the reception are so rude, especially the bold man is very unprofessional. Don't go there, chose some other place to stay in the beautiful city of Izmir.There is plenty of nice hotels in that area.This one is awful.
