LTI Mahdia Beach is located in the famed area of Mahdia, Tunisia. It provides for its guests all elements ensuring them a pleasurable and entertaining stay. The hotel is situated directly on a picturesque sandy beach, approximately 5km from the Mahdia City Centre and 45km away from Airport.

Applies for all Arrivals: Due to limited power resources in the country which are controlled by the government, the hotels are only allowed to run air conditioning between mid-June and mid-September.



According to the weather in Tunisia, the outdoor swimming pools, the water parks / water slides and the air conditioners are closed in general from 15/09 till 15/06 (depends on the weather condition).
