The room was clean, comfortable and looked well after. The food was extremely tasty and the workers treated us very well. Breakfast was my favorite part of the day! I truly recommend this hotel for anyone who wants to have a good and relaxing time in Valencia!

Booked this hotel through booking.com. No problems whatsoever. Great customer service on arrival and throughout the stay. Staff were accommodating to any additional needs. Breakfast was lovely and very filling. Had the set meal for lunch and was great value for a 3 course meal and alcoholic drink. Great location - around 20 mins from the town centre. Highly recommend this hotel - perfect for families or couples.

Great customer service. Huge bed. Right opposite huge shopping centre, parking and near to the fab old town Would definitely recommend and we would come back and stay again. We had issues with a smell due to building works. Hotel offered us a change to a sister hotel but we declined but the hotel gave us both free breakfast and upon check out 20% discount. Well done 10 out of 10.
