Visit Cambrils fishing village
Cambrils fishing village is a great alternative to spending the day on the bustling beaches. For those who appreciate a quieter setting, the port offers just as much charm as Cap Salou with a little extra traditional character.
Along the port, there are great restaurants to sample which specialise in freshly caught fish and seafood. It’s no surprise this hidden gem has earned the reputation of the ‘culinary capital’ of Costa Dorada. Situated just eight kilometres up the coast from Cap Salou, this beautiful little village is just a 20 minute bus journey away. While away the hours sampling the local wine or stroll the white sand beaches… It’s up to you. For those with a more adventurous nature, there’s jet skis and scuba diving to really make a splash!
Cambrils is the perfect place to spend an afternoon shopping if you want to give the normal tourist trinkets a miss. Independent boutiques offer chocolate to clothes and everything in between. Why not wander down to the marina to admire the yachts, or even treat yourself to a boat trip of your own? Go on – you’re on holiday.
