Torremolinos – Weather
The weather in Torremolinos is generally good thanks to its Mediterranean climate that brings warm sunshine and clear blue skies to the region all year round. It’s located in southern Spain on the Costa del Sol and is well known for its stunning golden beaches and warm sea waters. Hot weather is enjoyed for most of the year, but spring is the best time to visit for enjoyable temperatures and lots of sunshine.
Torremolinos weather is around 15°C to 19°C during the day between March and May. Highs often rise to 24°C on a good day, which is when you should head to the beach to soak up the sun and enjoy the peaceful surroundings before the summer crowds arrive. Rainfall is light to moderate with around 61mm in March and just 36mm spread over seven days in April.
Summer temperatures in Torremolinos are very pleasant with a daily average of 22°C and highs of 31°C between June and September. July and August are very popular times to visit Torremolinos, so expect more crowds on the beach along with lots of sunshine each day.
The sea is at its warmest in summer, with water temperatures ranging from 20°C to 24°C. If you don’t mind a cooler climate, travelling in winter is a great option for fewer crowds and a daily average of 15°C.
