This historic hotel is situated just across the promenade in Torremolinos, in the quiet area between La Carihuela and Solymar districts a 10 to 15 minute walk from the centre of the popular resort. Links to the public transport are available within 100 metres and the Malaga airport is just 20 minutes' drive away. Overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, all of the dining options of the venue come with an added bonus of wonderful views. Regardless if one is enjoying a meal at the buffet restaurant, signature cocktail in the bar or snack in the garden, the sea will always be within his/hers gaze. The same holds true for the rooms, each of the well-appointed units comes with a balcony offering side or full sea views.

Fabulous winter break

Jan 2022 | Millywad
We came for a 4 night twixmas break on receommendation of family and ended up staying an extra 3 nights for New Year. (and have since booked to return in a few weeks!) A beautiful and stylish hotel in an excellent location right on the beach and a few minutes walk from bars and restaurants in either direction. Immaculately clean, the staff are all friendly and helpful. They work so hard to maintain the high levels of service and cleanliness all over the hotel and in the restaurant. Our room was fabulous and had the best view over the pool and sea (go for a high floor in the original building). Lovely large bathroom with top end toiletries and was cleaned every day - even when we didnt leave it until later in the morning. The food was really nice with lots of choice - although could do with being slightly better labelled. We were lucky enough to stay over New Year and the food on the Gala Evening was exeptional too. Local transport is excellent for trips to Malaga, Benalmadena (beach and Pueblo), Fuengirola - the bus stop is a 5 minute walk stright up the hill in front of the main entrance - or you can just walk for miles along the seafront right into Torrellominos and beyond or Benamadena Harbour and beach in the opposite direction. Cant wait to return in February.

Back again !!!

We came for a two month stay, and have to say that the refurbishments are excellent, that is apart from the restaurant. The use of paper mats instead of table cloths has turned a four star restaurant with excellent staff into a cafeteria with excellent staff and very good food.I can understand the economics of this change, but this is not a cheap 4 star in fact is the most expensive in the area. The staff in every department were as ever most helpful and friendly, and no request was too much trouble.

Wonderful Stylish Hotel

Dec 2021 | Atholl A
What a beautiful and stylish hotel the Pez Espada is! Very friendly welcome from a professional team, from reception, bar and restaurant to the housekeeping. Everyone worked so hard to keep the small number of us customers happy (Covid restrictions for UK return resulting in low numbers) I asked for a bottle of wine to be charged to our room for our Ruby Anniversary and they supplied one with their compliments to our wonderful room (521) with amazing sea view. The food was really nice with plentiful choice. The room was large with a big balcony, lovely bathroom with top end products and towels. Our bedding was changed twice in the week were there. The decor throughout is luxury retro feel that is a real delight. This must be the best hotel in town and I cannot heap enough praise on all the staff who go out of their way to make sure you enjoy your stay. Thank you everyone at Pez Espada for a wonderful week.
