Puente de Andalucia Weekend Away

We enjoyed a lovely long weekend in the hotel despite the cold wind outside. Location is superb, just a few minutes walk from the beach and some nice beach restaurants, and a great park for children to play in. We were surprised by the queues for dinner and breakfast but imagine that as the season gets busier, eating times are extended to accommodate this (and when it's warmer there will be more people sitting outside on the terrace as well). The spa water was super cold but as the hotel only opened this weekend, perhaps it hasn't had the opportunity to heat up properly. In any case, when we told the staff we found it too cold for a luxury experience, we were immediately refunded our ticket price which was very nice of them. Food could be warmer but the choice was very good. Excellent salads. The kids club and animation staff were brilliant with our girls who cried when it was time to say goodbye! Thank you for a lovely weekend of rest and relaxation.

Excellent hotel with all the facilities that you could want. Great staff always friendly and helpfully. Rooms far bigger than most hotels with comfy beds, lounge area and spacious sun terrace. Breakfast superb, all fresh food and a huge choice.

Our stay was great, we extended it another night. Good value for money, the evening buffet was superb with a variety of food on offer and changed each night. Beach was a shirt walk as where the shops and other restaurants.
