This hotel is small the pool is a lot smaller then the photos make it look but it is warm. The staff are lovely very friendly they all work very hard The main thing that lets this hotel down is the customers groups of young lads bombing in the small pool they are everywhere you have to keep a good eye on your teenage daughter as they can be quite offensive especially when they are on groups. This hotel is not really a family hotel more a group of young men hotel Also the food not much choice at all and not good for vegetarian alot if chip butties were eaten as no other choice the one night they had pizza but it was freezing cold. The breakfast is ok but no hash browns. On all we had a good time as it’s what you make it you cannot stay on hotel all day/ night so I wouldn’t bother with the all inc as it’s really not worth the money only certain drinks are included and you will need to eat out the beach around the area is beautiful but you need beach shoes.as long as you use hotel to sleep you will be fine but some nights we were woken up with people knocking doors screaming shouting down. The hall ways so can be very loud. There no security or life guards so the customers do what they want when they want. I would not stay here again as I didn’t find it good value for money.

The hotel is very good for 3 star, the staff are very helpful and kind, the food was very good but if you stay there for 2 weeks is going to look repetitive ( we stay for 10 days) the all inclusive was the best for our family, you can ask for drinks a lot of times ( if is branded drinks or some Cocktails you have to pay) before you order a drink ask witch one is included on all inclusive.. the rooms they are very clean, the hotel is very clean,and they have a place with arcade games, sauna,hot tube, spa.Me and my husband blata want to say very big thanks to Mario and Mariam they made my childrens holidays very especial and funny. One advice from mine experience hotel need’s a security guard for the drunk young people that doesn’t know how to behave that’s the only bad thing, and some Noises at night.. i will be back 100% .. thank you for my excellent holidays at this hotel..

Hotel htop Palm Beach & SPA Lloret de Mar A holiday seriously marred. 846490451 Mixed review.Came for a fortnight with my wife for out first holiday since the covid business and was initially very happy. I'll cover the basics first. Staff are polite and helpful. The room, while basic, was clean and had enough space. A 6th floor, pool view balcony was most welcome. Food wasn't very varied, bit it was all well cooked, at the right temperature and, if you like good pork, very decent. Breakfast was the usual H-Top "things that look like food" so no surprises there nor hopes dashed. Now for the bad bit. Large groups, firstly of very objectionable and loud English rugby league fans pushing their weight around. Shouting and spreading themselves out and generally making guests uncomfortable, particularly younger women, and then the large group booking came. A group of fifty or more. Dominating every space and destroying any ambience wherever they went. The volume was deafening. Thier resultant mess a disgrace. Mealtimes were uncomfortable and the hounded guests from the pool. Daily visits from a general manager and his somewhat useless offspring ceased and only recommenced immediately after their departure which returned the hotel to some semblance of order and calm. I accept that staff are in no way paid enough to deal with large groups of anti-social guests, but bookings such as this, while no doubt helpful in the short term, are detrimental in the long term. If not for the uncertainty of a repeat performance we would consider returning, but no. We come to Lloret almost every year so this is a shame.
