Upon arrival to the hotel we DID actually book, we were told the hotel was over booked and so we had to go to their sister hotel, this was when we were taken to vistamar appts. The appts were OK to be fair, clean and ok for what we wanted. When we checked in there were 2 men on reception. We got ready, went out and then returned back to our room. The next morning we realised some1 had been in our room, money (a good amount), airpods and sunglasses had been taken, we went to reception and they said no1 had been in the room. A little later, 1 of the reception men said they had cctv footage and it shows that some1 had gone into our room but they weren't allowed to show us the footage. We were shocked at how unhelpful they were, but were also a bit suspicious of how some1 had entered our room without breaking in?! After a couple of days they again came to us and said that they'd given the police the footage but it was too late as we were returning home that evening. This wasn't the only problem on this holiday but these were not the hotels fault. Never want to return to benidorm again.

Was ok, but wouldn't return

It was my first time in Benidorm so I wasn't sure to expect of the place. I've stayed in lots of apartments previously though, so I did know what to expect of that, and those expectations were sadly not reached at these apartments. Upon arrival you need to pay 150 euro deposit incase of damage to the room which you receive at the end of your stay once room inspected when you check out, so make sure you take extra with you to cover this cost. There is no maid service during your stay at the apartments, if you want clean towels you need to go to reception yourself on certain days, and same with bedding, if you want that changed. You need to empty your bins in the room yourself, and if you need more toilet roll you need to approach reception. I've never been to apartments before where there is no maid service and considering covid has been such a major issue I thought cleanliness would have been more of a priority, sadly not. I paid a lot more money than expected to stay at these apartments and I feel it wasn't up to scratch or worth the money I paid, unfortunately. The pool is lovely, however you need to pay for sun loungers everyday costing 1.50euro each which you had to rent from a very unfriendly member of staff around the pool. There are no umbrellas to shade from the sun and something I've never experienced before - no inflatables, balls, games etc allowed in the pool. I was shocked at how strict everything was around the pool, almost forgetting you're on holiday to have fun! If you want fun, go to the beach, it isn't allowed in these apartments. Benidorm was great and the apartments themselves were modern and spacious, however I would return to Benidorm, but not to these apartments.

Been to better, A lot better

Stayed 25/05/22 for a week,Location is great, Ten mins from centre,Was lovely and clean on arrival but to be fair we had to maintain that, Not happy with hotel though, 150 Euro deposit in case of damage, Damage what ? There"s nothing to damage, Not allowed to smoke on balcony or even the seating outside the hotel,Had to take towels down to reception if you wanted to change them also had to go to reception for toilet rolls, So obviously no cleaner visited room at all for whole week,And I"ve never had to pay for sun loungers at a hotel pool before or air con, We had leave for transfer pick up at 07-30 so went downstairs at 07-00 to collect deposit and the guy that was on reception was a bit Awkward as well, Oh,And before you start thinking we"re just moaners, We are both in our sixties and been to hundreds of hotels over the years and this is the first bad review we have written, We just felt we had to.
