Situated in the Rincón de Loix area of Benidorm, the Luxmar apartments are attractive and offer a friendly and informal atmosphere. At only 450 metres from the Levante beach, the apartments are just minutes away from shops, bars, supermarkets, restaurants, a cinema with English films, and the famous Benidorm Palace. The reception is open 24 hours a day providing general information and money exchange. The hotel is approximately 58 km from the airport.All common areas were fully renovated end of 2010.New summer terrace was built between the bar and the poolPlease note that 50 euros per person deposit is requested as guarantee upon arrival to cover for possible damages, to be returned upon departure.

The most disgusting hotel I have ever seen and I have worked as a contractor in the UK for 30 years so I've stopped in some very rough hotels Some of the reviews say this is clean not soft also it says it's dated dropping to bits it's closer you have a two ring hob that's it where the British kettle with no adaptor and microwave that didn't work and extractor with live wires hanging out of it it I will be uploading photographs please avoid there now selling apartments of here for local Spanish don't bother complaining about the noise they will not listen to you when we were here one of the Spanish apartment owners has a room upstairs and there was about a dozen of them round listening to a football match until 3 in the morning no sleep that night Also you are expected to wash mop clean your room before leaving any rubbish or if you do not clean and not the room for leaving you will lose your £50 deposit

You get what you pay for. A very low cost hotel to sleep. Only single beds. No walk in showers. The phone to call reception did not work,so if you needed to speak to reception you would have to get the lift down. NO HEATING, The staff said that the heating for the hotel comes on at 6pm and goes off at 12pm. RUBBISH, it think that's what the hotel tell the staff to say. The rooms had no heating so we decided to leave the rings on the cooker switched on 24/7. That took the chill off the rooms. Pretty spacious. Kitchen, tv with table and chairs,separate bedroom and toilet. The staff ( Susi ) was who we dealt with was extremely helpful. We asked in advance for a room with a mountain view and she gave us our pick of 4 rooms when we arrived. The kitchen was small with only 1 plug which was used for the kettle and the toaster and the microwave. There was also a fridge with a small freezer compartment. The room we stayed in was cleanish but not spectacular. We did not venture into the outdoor pool, neither did we use the lounge or the bar. We were not bothered with any noise even though it has a reputation for hosting stags and hens. It was located a distance from the beach and the main strip but had it's a restaurant and limited shops nearby. The market which opens twice a week was only a short walk away. All in all if you want a cheap holiday with somewhere to sleep then yes, but if you want a hotel with entertainment and close to the action then keep looking and spend a little bit more money.

I stayed here over Christmas for two weeks and I'll definitely use this place again.it is what it is,a cheap place to get your head down.rooms are dated,but who stays in the room all-day.location is perfect.staff are friendly enough.why people expect a two star hotel to look like a five star hotel baffles me .. just get out , enjoy the sun and chill out.the rooms are manageable... happy day's a head..
