Nestled in the bottom corner of Fuerteventura, this hotel is just a stone’s throw from the sandy Butihondo Beach and a short drive from the expansive Parque Natural Jandía. On site there’s two large outdoor pools, plus a bonus one reserved for the kids. If you’re planning a stay in the school holidays, the mini club will keep the little ones entertained. Kentia Pool Club serves drinks and snacks that you are free to enjoy while wearing your swimwear. You can also get all your favourite beverages at Bar Village. The All Inclusive drinks service is available until 11pm and includes both Spanish and international brands.

Terra Café Restaurant is open for all meals, dishing up an extensive and varied choice. For sleepy heads, a late continental breakfast is available. In the evening you may choose to dine at the a la carte Mare Nubium, where the chef prepares the finest Canarian cuisine. All Inclusive customers can enjoy one included dinner here per week.

The air conditioned double rooms are a generous 28m2 and include a sofa bed, which can accommodate a third guest. Family suites are suitable for groups of up to six (max. four adults) and feature four twin beds and two sofa beds, while standard suites can cater for four. As well as the additional space and separate living area, upgrading also has the benefit of additional facilities to make your own brews, plus bathrobes and slippers.

The nearby Parque Natural Jandía has many contrasts, from mountains you can hike up for fantastic views, to sand dunes home to lizards and golden skinks. For something less dramatic, the town of La Lajita is less than 25km away and boasts botanical gardens and a zoo. Here, children can spot animals including leopards, lemurs and zebras and can even join a camel safari.
