The One hotel was phenomenal in every possible way. The room was wonderful, the rooftop was gorgeous with a beautiful sight line and the entire experience was amazing. The food and restaurant were spectacular. Most importantly, the team and staff across the board could not have been more gracious, kind, wonderful and helpful. We can not recommend this hotel more highly. We can highly recommend it with 100% appreciation.

The Jewel of Barcelona

We had originally booked another hotel but were advised at the last minute by BA that work was being done to the exterior of this hotel. BA offered the option of moving to another hotel which involved an upgrade. This turned out to be the best decision! We firmly believe we have inadvertently discovered the jewel of Barcelona. An amazing hotel with exceptional staff - we would particularly like to mention Nacho the concierge who provided us with excellent restaurant recommendations; often going the extra mile. The breakfast service also warrants a particular mention. Each morning we were cheerfully greeted by Marcella who not only greeted us by name but remembered the details of our previous order the day before Barbara and Gabriella also both provided exceptional service with a quiet efficiency which made us feel well attended to without being intrusive. The breakfast menu itself was excellent value for money with an extensive selection of options from traditional Catalan to the usual breakfast fayre. The standard of service from all the staff we encountered from the porters to the spa staff was second to none and we would not hesitate to recommend The One, Barcelona.

Relaxing, well located hotel

We absolutely love this hotel. Warmly greeted by all staff. It has a calmness about it even though well located for the Gaudi attractions and high end shopping. We enjoyed the roof terrace in the spring afternoon sun. Our room was well laid out and clean. We will be back.
