Terrible experience. Avoid this facility in any way. I stayed for 3 days in June. The room is really below average in quality, not worth the price I paid. I am attaching pictures of some details, the room was full of things like that. But... the worst part is not this. The first morning at breakfast we were told that they had a problem with the electrical appliances and only had mini-muffins available (I swear, nothing else, only those). To apologize, we were told that breakfast will of course be refunded to us, we just needed to ask at the reception. At the reception they told us we had to wait the day after. The next day there are still problems, the breakfast is only partial and we are told that we are entitled to a refund again. Reception was making lame excuses blaming Booking. From that moment until now, months and dozens of messages later, endless time lost to request a refund but still no trace of the refund. This even after the hotel confirms by text that yes, we will receive the refund. The hotel does not care about its customers nor treats their concerns with any seriousness towards its customers and has shown this multiple times to us. Stay away from them.

The BCN Urbaness Hotels Gran Rosellon is centrally located in Barcelona, surrounded by a lot of nice and tasty restaurants (distances by foot within a reach of max. 1.000 m). Close to the hotel (50 m) is a taxi station, 700 m away the start of a hopp on hopp off line.
