Menorca – Weather
Menorca enjoys a warm and sunny climate in summer that’s perfect for a classic beach holiday. The hottest and driest weather in Menorca arrives in July and August, which is the hottest time of the year. Temperatures range from 18°C at night to highs of 26°C at peak times of the day. Up to 13 hours of sunlight is expected per day from June to September, with July experiencing almost 14 hours of daily sunshine. If you want to enjoy a dip in the sea you can with an average sea temperature of 26°C in summer.
You won’t have to worry about rainfall in summer since there’s less than 16mm of rainfall per month. July has a low rainfall of just 7mm but this rises dramatically in September, rising to 70mm spread over ten days of the month.
The weather in Menorca remains warm and sunny for most of the autumn, dropping to 23°C at the beginning of the season and lowering to 18°C in November. Temperatures in Menorca are mild in winter with highs of 15°C. At night, it can get much colder with lows of 8°C from December to February.
