Cala d’Or may be one of Majorca’s quietest resorts but it’s not just for families. If you’re looking for a laid-back holiday with a great choice of beaches, it should be right up your street. You can stretch out on the sands of the little coves in Cala d’Or itself or head to the nearby coastal nature reserve, Parc Natural de Mondrago. Nights out are also quite calm, but there’s nightlife if you want it, whether you prefer elegant cocktail bars or lively karaoke. Overall, though, life in Cala d’Or is very much about the sea, whether you’re gazing at it from a beachfront restaurant or playing in it on a scuba diving trip.
