Guests will retain access to certain resort facilities, such as Zentropia Palladium Spa & Wellness, Miniclub and Black & White Junior Club, Sports Center, à la carte restaurants Palazzo and Doña, and the Amphitheater.

However, the Show Cooking restaurant La Sal, Portofino restaurant, Pool Bar, Lobby Bar Las Salinas, Café Piazzere, Xtra Time Sports Bar, and pools of Grand Palladium Palace Ibiza Resort & Spa will not be available to guests staying at Grand Palladium White Island Resort & Spa in 2025.
