1. What does the Thomas Cook - My Holiday mobile app do?

If you’ve booked your holiday with Thomas Cook, you can use the My Holiday app to see all the information about your holiday in one place.

2. What type of holiday information will I be able to see?

You’ll be able to see your outbound & return flight information, a count down to your holiday, hotel details, contact information for our call centre & reps in resort, weather forecasts, any extras you’ve booked with your holiday as well as destination information.

3. I haven’t got a booking, can I still use it?

At the moment the app is only available for people who’ve booked their holiday with Thomas Cook. We plan to add new search and book features in the future.

4. Where can I find my booking reference?

To view your booking you need to use the airline reference number. This can be found on the confirmation email you received when you booked your holiday.

5. I booked my trip via the phone or in a Thomas Cook shop, can I still use it?

Yes, no matter how you’ve booked your holiday, you’ll still be able to log into the app using your ‘My Account’ details.

6. I’m logged into my app but I cant see my booking?

Try clicking on the plus sign (+) and add your airline reference number and your first and last name. Your airline reference number can be found on the confirmation email.

7. Is the app available for my type of phone?

The app is available for Apple & Android smart phones. You can download it from the Apple app store for iPhone & iPads and from Google Play for all Android devices.

8. Can I use the app on my tablet device?

Yes, the app will work on tablet devices. It’s primarily been designed as an app for use on smartphones, but we’ll be making some changes to make it easier to use on a tablet in the near future.

9. Does the app show live airline data in case of delays or cancellations?

Unfortunately we don’t have this feature at the moment, but we plan to add this in the future.
