Friendly staff, nice hotel room and great breakfast

It’s my 2nd time staying at fairmont and definitely not the last. Front desk staff Ryan was friendly and helpful and answer to all my enquiries during check in. Zhi Xin was friendly when helping with my checkout. Room is clean and I like that their newly renovated room comes with water dispenser and I personally find that it’s more environment friendly and hygienic. Bathroom is clean and my boy enjoyed himself in the bathtub. Room view is good facing the MBS. Only downside about the room is the TV. Unable to connect to phone for casting and it would be better if it’s a smart TV. Breakfast at Prego was fabulous and delicious. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Overall experience was a good one and I can’t wait to go back again!

Lovely hotel with Friendly staff that are well train. Pet friendly, lovely location within many Food and shopping outlets. Smooth efficient check-in and Check-out. Pet amenities were provided. Room was clean and well appointed. Well stock with amenities and covid safety essentials

Fantastic service at an amazing hotel

I stayed at Fairmont's Deluxe room for 2 nights and we experienced Fairmont's exceptional hospitality service right from the start when checking in. Special gratitude and shout out to Alfie, who definitely served from his heart and was truly exemplary - we were in the line to check-in for <5 mins, but Alfie apologised for keeping us waiting and opened up another check-in counter just to serve us. I had some trouble scanning the QR code from my mobile and he even rushed to help me with this (instead of just instructing from behind the glass). We were celebrating our anniversary and he congratulated us sincerely for our special occasion and also sent a lovely cake to the room. We declined his offer to bring up our bags as we could manage it, but he checked and asked if we were really alright with carrying our own luggage. The service staff we encountered were all warm and friendly - from the hotel butler who greeted us cheerfully to the facilities staff who came to fix a broken TV remote controller. With their service, top-notch facilities and fantastic location, Fairmont is truly an exceptional luxury hotel that has everything you need for an amazing stay
