During my stay there, it was really clean and the staff were really friendly. The location is a bit further from the city center but there is bus and metro station near by. There are bars, restaurants and markets around.

Great location feet from the Entre Campos Metro station. Superb concierge service at the front desk: (RUI, JESSICA and PAULA) They were warm, welcoming and helped us arrange Covid testing for our return trip home. We had lost our laptop on the train and they called the destination station and confirmed that the laptop was available to pick up at the Train Station lost and found. Breakfast was varied, of high quality and made to order. Dinner was so good, we ate there every night of our stay. LUCIA was extraordinary in her service and attitude. We felt WELL taken care of and will not hesitate to stay here when we return to Lisbon.

Hotel is clean and has new furniture.Especially Rui from reception solves all your problem special thanks to him but the other guys in reception can be trouble maker for you if you stay longer.Even can try to rebuke you like a child if you do something wrong against to their rules but you already didn’t know that the things you did is against to their rules. They don’t know what is the hospitality.
