This pleasant complex is located in the tourist town of Armação de Pêra approximately only 80 m from the beach. Shopping areas with shops, boutiques, bars and restaurants are to be found in the vicinity. Links to the public transport network lie about 300 m away.This apartment complex features a 8-storey main building as well as a total of 42 apartments. Guests may make use of the foyer with a reception desk and 2 lifts in the air-conditioned main building. There is TV area and with air-conditioning. A bit outdated, but very clean. Bed sheets changed most days. Very friendly and helpful staff. Would recommend this place. The only one come complaint I have was a dog in the next block of apartments barking most of he day and most of the night all the time I was there. All in all I would stay there again.

I have previously lived in Armaco De Pera for many years and visit to see friends occasionally 3rd time I have stayed in Rossamar and will be the last unfortunately great receptionists Alice and Philomena very helpful and speak good English but all downhill from them the rooms are looking very old and tired now no updating done for many years better rooms above the 5th floor for the lack of noise from the road and passing traffic in a very run down part of town that like the hotel needs updating badly close to everything which is the main selling point easy walking distance to everything Lovely people Portuguese very helpful and accommodating if you are going for the 1st time I live in Spain and some Spanish waiters especially could learn a lot from Portuguese service staff Only a short walk into the old town I highly recommend O Walters Restaurant yellow building in the old town sea food specialist and very cheap with wonderful staff

Stayed in these apartments for a 10 day holiday with a friend, all in all they were ideal, dated but immaculate,well equipped, free air con, free wi-fi. One of the issues we came across was after a flight delay and coach issues we didn't arrive in the resort till approx 3am now while we were aware it was not 24hour reception a phone number was left on the door which we called numerous times only to be sent straight to voicemail then laughed at, as you can appreciate we were tired after our journey, a woman finally turned up one hour and 25 mins later and made us feel totally unwelcome as if it was our choice to turn up at that time. However we were shown to our room and was pleasantly surprised, cleaners were amazing and so helpful, reception well not the best and attitudes of girls behind were well let's just say not to helpful...hotel for location was excellent, plenty round about restaurant's, bars and shops, beach is literally two minutes walk. All in all if I return to area I would stay here again though ensure arrival was before 8pm when reception closes
