Fabulous hotel - amazing team.
Fabulous suite 501. Great staff throughout. Amazing language skills. Great breakfast, fabulous food. The hotel is exceptionally well cared for with an incredible 17m middle view from floor to rooftop. Wine list is really good. The hotel is literally right on the main square almost directly opposite the Cloth Hall. The best location. You can literally walk the city area from this hotel.
Beautiful Hotel Historic Location
Great location on the Old Town Main Square (Rynek Glowny) surrounded by historic landmarks and plenty of restaurants and shops. Beautiful rooms with personality which are in keeping with the building. Standards of cleanliness were as expected of a 5* hotel. Breakfast was low key with a good choice of hot and cold options: hot options cooked to order which was a bonus as opposed to buffet style service. Arrived late in the day so opted for in- room meal service which was good quality and reasonably priced. Prior to arrival we had requested champagne and chocolates in the room, we were advised that the hotel would provide a complementary bottle of Prosecco and they would make arrangement for chocolates which would be an additional charge which we fully accepted. The hotel did not change for the beautiful box of handmade chocolates so thank you All of the staff at the hotel were friendly, helpful and efficient yet discreet and not overbearing as you sometimes get. Special mention to Michael - funny, cheerful, helpful and made it a pleasure to walk in and out of the hotel !
