Hotel has a great localisation and very friendly staff. Main interiors are nice, however room where I stayed was quite old one. There were no power outlets by the bed, which was quite unexpected. Buy what’s good, was a variety of breakfast options.

The IBIS staff in Krakow, Poland is very friendly and accommodating. They communicated well with us, and they provided superb customer service. Our daughter got sick with Covid-19 while we were staying at the IBIS, and we had to quarantine with her there for five days per the tour company's regulations. It was very difficulty being in Europe for the first time, having to quarantine, and being left behind as the rest of our tour group had to go on to other countries without us. The IBIS staff were very empathetic and tactful when they discovered our plight. This made dealing with this situation much easier for us. I really appreciate all they did to accommodate for us and make us feel welcome during those difficult few days that seemed to drag on and on. Another thing about the IBIS is that it is walking distance from the Pasaz 13 shopping mall, those gorgeous historic churches, parks, and a lovely area for walking near a river. They also provided day trips to area attractions and Warsaw. I think if you were to choose to stay at the IBIS during your time in Krakow, they will "do you proud." :-)

Arrived at the IBIS way before check in time and not only got a room straight away but my request for low floor accommodated too. Room is your typical IBIS style but very clean and maintained. The breakfast had huge range partic cold selection The bit I have rated customer service for are when visiting the thermal baths they gave us towels to take to save snuggling out the room ones And early flight leaving hotel at 4 they made us a breakfast to take with us if good selection , just order day before All staff we met were very good and friendly even supplying a plaster for my other halves blistered toe after auschwitz visit - sensible shoes the lesson learnt About 15 mins walk to main town square Would def use again
