Well its been 5 months since we visited The Resort. We are UVC members. A lot has happened. Life changes, retirement and many other welcomed situations and not so welcomed. If you decide to stay here, meet with: !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Natalia Montero Schwartzmann!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My wife and I love her. She is now one of our family. We both got to know her and spend many hours just talking about the life she lives with her spouse and children. The personal touch is just who she is. You can take her at face value which is what we enjoy. This was our first time at Tulum and won't be our last. The resort had a hurricane in July or August and there was tons of work going on. We were down for the VIP event. What a blast. I got to cook with the chefs, dance on the beach and took many classes with lots of other fun members. Weather was great as always. In fact we stayed an extra 3 days or was it 4? We have been members for several years and we have been going to Mexico for over 30 years. Wished we had found the club long ago. Many trips with our children and friends. Read several books and just enjoyed our time.

Okay

Nothing really worked right. Staff not friendly. Inconsistent in management and resolving issues. Food was never outstanding. Just not the best AMR experience we have had. Everything was lackluster. Some items in need of repair.

Dreams Tulum Wedding January 22

Jan 2022 | Cassandra M
We were worried about planning a wedding so far from home but our Dreams Tulum wedding was totally worth it. Our coordinator, Nayeli was a miracle worker and was such a pleasure to work with. All 50+ of our guests enjoyed their vacation and the wedding. If you’re looking for an all-inclusive resort for a vacation or wedding - Stay at Dreams Tulum. The beach is beautiful, the pool is a blast (especially Ricki and Pablo), the rooms are gorgeous. Covid testing was easy. Make an appointment on the AMR Resorts App, go to the testing center on the property (takes about 20 minutes), get your results that evening by 5:30 pm. We are so thankful for Nayeli and our wedding at Dreams!
