My God-Sister and I came to Cancun to get some R&R and this hotel did not disappoint. From the time we walked into the hotel until the time we left, it was top notch service. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The rooftop bar was very nice, and the views are AMAZING!!! We will definitely be coming back for a visit real soon.

Amazing views

This was an amazing view and experience. You must stay here when in Cancun. The mall is right downstairs and you can walk to evertything. I will be back on my next trip. They made me a to go breakfast bag since I had to leave at 6am to the airport and even arranged the taxi service to pick me up on time.

All I can say is WOW! Hilton provided 5 service and nothing short of it. From the host who checked us in, to all the greetings/help from staff around the hotel. We booked for one night and honestly we wanted to stay longer, but were headed to Tulum. The location is the best real estate in town, the food was great, bar service superb and the roof top views were breathtaking at night/in the morning. The overall cleanliness and the decor just made the value of this hotel soar. I am thoroughly impressed and my boyfriend said to no leave out the premiere service from the rooftop masseuse.
